This multi-purpose building allows for sustainability and functionality to be combined into one space. Consisting of a student hostel for fifty people, a digital hall, a cafe/kitchen space as well as six fully-functioning residential apartments on the second and third floor. This building has provided provisions for energy efficiency as it has its own water storage system as well as plant room that powers the entire building.
